The renovation is complete, and we're ready to introduce our new and improved dining room. Roomy booths are all over the place for your comfort, and we've added more television screens around the joint for your viewing pleasure as well.

Smoke & Spice Southern Barbeque will appear on Food Network Canada's show, entitled "You Gotta Eat Here!"

Chef/Owner Ryan Odette shows host John Catucci the way we prepare our Smoked Chicken Wings, sauces, Smoked Bologna Sandwich, and the Pulled Pork Sundae. Shooting for the show was a bunch of fun, and we'd like to thank Windsor's Best Customers for supporting us and helping us get to where we have.

We'd like to extend huge thanks to the folks in our hometown for their support in voting for us as having the Best Ribs at this year's Windsor Ribfest. It was a pretty demanding weekend on the whole crew, given that we were stretched between the festival and the restaurant. We couldn't have done it all without the help of some extended family and friends who gave their time to help us out down at the riverfront. Thanks to everyone who helped us bring home the trophy making Smoke & Spice the place for ribs in Windsor!

August 2, 2011 has posted the results of their "Best of 2011", and thanks to our customers giving us their daily votes, we've won the honour for the second year in a row. It was nice to have Chef David Adjey visit us down at Festival Epicure last month as well, standing at our booth telling folks that we had the "best (expletive) wings anywhere!"

Thanks to all of you. We understand that we can't be a good restaurant without great customers, and we have some of the best to be had anywhere. Thanks for your continued support, and be assured that we'll keep working hard to earn your business.
